The purpose of the Margaret G. Samuels Foundation is to memorialize and continue her legacy of giving which she firmly instilled in her children. The scholarship award is intended to acknowledge and appreciate the outstanding students who demonstrate the tenacity to further their education and posses a willingness to help others.
